15 years sobriety today!

Today it haves been 15 years since the police apprehended me. I was inside an illegal car and in a illegal condition ( high) and had illegal stuff hidden in the car together with a high criminal profile and al I was feeling was fear hidden deep inside.

I was living outside the society in a world based in ”respect”, there people didn’t really know the difference between respect and fear. I look at everyone as objects and my life was very destructive.

A very dynamic lifestyle. Well, I would not even call it a life. I was slave under the influence of self-medication and totally lack of spiritual present. In the end of my ”addict carrier” I also more or less lived on the streets. I was so dead inside. I actually even try to organize  my own dead by plan to steal another peoples identity. And if I would continue with that, I would probably have done it because i have one magical attribute, Im extremely stubborn!

And now, here I’m sitting in one of my homes, located in Thailand. Looking out through the open balcony door and breathing in the street breeze. It haves been a very advanced ride, both emotionally and with my own personal development. Many people around me see the real me, thats because I am a very open person, very humble. I am also very determined. Sometimes Im lost, but then I ask my self some questions.

At the moment I am in a process with lot of questions and that´s good, because Im driven by a tively to never get satisfied.

I want to thank everyone i have shared some time with. Everyone that have inspired me. Everyone that have pushed me forward. Everyone that i don’t like but don’t know why ( because you probably have something that i want).

When people ask me how old I am, I say 16. and that almost truth, Im just 15!

There is no magic formula of how you will get what you want in your life. but there are definitely some things that may help.

Here is some:

– Have more courage in your life than fear.

– Ask things, about your self and how things works.

– Don’t care what other think about you, because they are busy with them selfs.

– Be kind to everyone

– Find a way to love yourself, even if you hate yourself, find the small good things about you and think of them.

– Find a purpose, When its done, look for another.

– Don’t be jealous in others success, get inspired instead, ask how they did.

– Don’t judge others, if you do that you will be trap outside yourself.

– You die only once, until then you live every day.

– Learn to not worry.

– Meditate to find peace within you.

– work hard for your dreams and they suddenly be there in front of you.

Today is one of those days the sell industri loves. at lest the flower industry. But lets stick to what its all about and how you can love yourself!

Its about relationships and because this blog is mostly about the Law of attraction, I will talk about those to subjects and how they are connected.

Attract love, Is everyone ready for it?

The easy answer and also the truth is no. Everyone is not ready to attract love. Thats because not everyone really knows what love is and therefore they attract something else.

Many people haves a desire and also lust. They try to fill a hole in them selfs so they are seeking outside them selfs to find someone and put a person inside. To take something from outside and fill the hole is just a temporary solution. and its like it is. a solution, not a consisting state of mind. I can make a wild comparison, hope you get it.  A person that feels lonely and have some problem with food, feels satisfied when that person eats a lot. the food is working like a catalyst for the mind. You fill yourself with one thing and try to expect a solution. that circle can go on and on and is developing a temporary solution to a more permanent damage over time.

There is a stereotypical image of a womanl that feels lonely and eating ice cream. There you have what I explain more visual. the limit between satisfaction and addiction is seamless so the person in the middle is loosing control over the situation.

Love yourself, some tips.

Lets try to define what love is all about.  Wikipedia says ”Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection” And i can agree. its something you feel, so its basically an emotion. Loneliness is also an emotion and if you try to explain the opposite emotion to loneliness, what is that? well its should be affinity.

For me love is active consideration without any reservation. Do something for your partner without request something back. You can not love others if you don’t love yourself.this is little tricky. You must focus on yourself and learn to first accept yourself. If you accept yourself, then you will start to like yourself.  You attract the same as you are. If you are miserable, then you only attracts miserable people in your life. If you are happy, then happy people come to your life.

I know loneliness can be very hard. especially inside the person that feels that. so there is the key to make things right. replace that loneliness with love for yourself and then you will attract love.  Yeah it sound easy. let me know if you would like me to explain it more in detail.

Peter Springare har gett verkligheten ett ansikte.

Äntligen! Äntligen händer det något. Men frågan är vad det är som händer? En grupp med rasister som slutligen får utlopp för vad de känner och tycker egentligen?

Nej, Jag tror inte det. Utan jag tror att samhället har funnit en ventil. Ett ställe där man kan utrycka sin oro / desperation / åsikt utan att bli kallad för rasist.  Det finns en överhängande skräck att bli kallad rasist i Sverige. Något har skapat den ”mattan”, men kanske inte direkt över en natt, utan den har sakta vuxit sig och delat Sverige i två läger. Jag behöver nog inte ens nämna dem, för de finns numera programmerade hos varenda en av oss. Och helt plötsligt så vågar många av oss prata om det. Som att rädslan börjar avta. Jag syftar på de facebook grupper som supportar Peter Springare.

Vi vågar prata om det, för att någon har satt ett begrepp på det. Att det handlar inte om rasism eller om att inte gilla människor. Utan att det får vara bra nu. Både på det som händer i verkligheten och likaså att många av oss känner att någon håller en hand för vår mun. Att vi bör förbli tystade för att inte bli placerade i ett fack. Men tänk så här nu. Om någon placerar dig i ett fack, och du accepterar det, så kanske du själv behöver jobba mer med din självkännedom? Det jag menar är att inte ta nåt skit för din åsikt. Oavsett, så är din åsikt DIN åsikt.

Jag har under flera år lagt upp inlägg från halvvägs jordklotet. Bland annat på hur en kamel blir torterad. Hur kvinnor blir misshandlade offentligt, Hur barn programmeras i  att använda kniv och döda och en massa annat. Ibland så provokativt, för jag är egentligen en provokatör. jag kan kasta en vedpinne i en brasa och sen backa och ”äta popcorn”. Men den responsen jag har fått är ” Statistiken säger”.. eller ” Det är inte hela sanningen” eller Hur kan du, som är utlänning ens uttala dig” och givetvis så ligger den där ” vi mot dom / Är du rasist eller” mattan. latent över kommentarerna.

Nej, Jag är inte rasist, men ta och lyssna på mig gärna. Jag säger inte att jag är smartare ( och gud förbjude i ett land vars mittpunkt är ordet lagom). Men det kanske ligger något i begreppen ”ingen rök utan eld”. Peter Springare får till det med enkla ord om hur det egentligen ligger till.

Jag har levt bland kriminella, jag har till och med varit hemlös under en tid och bott under trappor i Linköping. Jag har mött många ”Muhammed” och ”Allah”. Jag har festat med dem, knarkat med dem, hört deras historier. Känt av deras attityd. Känt den riktiga förakten och rasismen, fast i detta fallet riktad mot mig, ”Svenne”. Jag tillbringar mycket tid i asien, främst Thailand. Herregud! Rasismen här får hela situationen i Sverige att framstå som ”My little pony”.

Tror ni att han är one of a kind? Tänk om. Den attityden är vanlig ute på gatan. Och har så varit sedan jag var aktiv missbrukare.

Eller denna här… Jag känner igen mig sååååå väl i situationen. Jag skulle lätt kunna påstå att nästan dagligen har jag haft den attityden omkring mig under mina aktiva år i missbruk.

 

Det jag pratar om är individuell attityd. Jag pratar inte om människor som en gruppering.  Det kan jag inte och det vill jag inte, för det behöver jag inte. För att likaväl som ni kan se ur dessa två ovannämnda individuella personerna, så finns det hur många som helst som har totalt anpassat sig till det svenska samhället. Och det är nog här det blir fel tror jag.

En vanlig svensson som går till jobbet, möter utlänningar i sitt arbete, fikar med dem, pratar om normala saker osv. Kan ju inte riktigt greppa att det finns en helt annan attityd i en annan del av Sverige. Och då bemöter människor som lyfter fram verkligheten som en lögn. Helt naturligt. Detta är ett exempel av många. Jag har en vän som jobbar inom Kyrkan och hjälper flyktingar som har kommit hit, Jag har själv mött en familj till ett jobb jag gjorde som han tipsade mig om. Vanliga, vänliga och allt var tip top. Jag behöver inte nu skriva ” de var underbara”, för att säkra upp balansen i detta inlägg så att folk inte tror jag är rasist. Men hur som, Han gör en jätteinsats och han har en bra insyn med. Han möter människorna dagligen.

Sen har vi alla glidningar. Statistisk hit och statistik hit. Låt mig utrycka mig på det enda sätter som ger detta en rättvisa: LOL.

Om någon blir våldtagen mitt framför dig.  Händer inte det för att det inte finns statistik över det? Tänk över det. Reflektera gärna.

Jag är tacksam att Peter Springare har gjort detta. För att det har känns som ett dött lopp någonstans. jag har känt mig engagerad, men att jag inte vågar uttala mig. Och därför har jag valt att vara tyst. Men frågan som även har funnits har varit. Varför engagera sig? Varför har det funnits en del av mig som har velat skriva rakt ut det som nu har uppdagats?  Det är enkelt. Det är ett missnöje helt enkelt.

Min nästa menig kommer att låta sååå rasistisk…
Sverige öppna era ögon.

Men är det rasistisk att jag, från mitt perspektiv säger till etablissemanget:
-Dudes, Ni kanske borde titta närmare på detta.  Eller:
Det har uppkommit information som kastar nytt ljus över situationen och bör tas med i en eventuell lägesrapport.
Exakt samma innebörd. Och det är exakt det som behöver hända. Inget militant kupp eller något sånt fjantigt. Utan en attitydförändring från människor och definitivt en attitydförändring bland de som lever utanför systemet. Det finns så många utlänningar som mig som har anpassat oss. En del på direkten och en del, som mig, efter lite vägledning.

Så länge vi inte kan se saker för vad det är, så kommer det skapa klyftor.

Peter Springare´s utspel, håller jag med till 100% genom mina egna iakttagelser. Och i mitt förnuft och min analytiska förmåga, så vet jag att människor är olika. Inget rasistisk i det. Det är bara fakta. Och de som inte kan greppa det, har kanske och troligen inte så värst bra insyn i verkligheten. Här passar en devis in: Vet man inte om problemet, så finns det inget problem. Men alltså seriöst. Att lyfta sin egen flagga är rasistiskt. Hur knäppt är inte det?

Lösningen på detta?
Det finns nog lika många lösningar på detta som det finns åsikter. Men jag vill bidra till en lösning. Observera att jag har inget med politik att göra och jag fattar att saker inte är så lätta.

 

1. Se detta som ett individuellt problem. Glöm allt som har med rasism att göra.

2.Se till att systemet mellan polis och rättsväsendet fungerar.

3.Ändra straffsystemet.

 

Det är ett individuellt problem, inget annat. Alla som Peter pratar om är individer. Ingen grupp. De som drar alla över en kam har heller inte förståelse för mänskligheter. Och fatta att vi är alla olika.

Det finns ett glapp i systemet, som bör tas hand om, oavsett vem individen är.

Sluta dalta. Erbjud hjälp till de som visar tecken på det, resten som visar tendenser eller uppenbarligen återkommande kriminalitet kan få en enkel biljett hem.

Låter detta rasistiskt? Klart det gör, men är det rasistiskt? Det är frågan. Och svaret är nej. Snarare sund förnuft. Jag har själv fått en andra chans, men jag tog den och jag lät det svenska systemet ge mig mitt liv tillbaka. Och jag står till 100% bakom Peter Springare.

Serenity is piece of mind.

When it comes to such things as serenity, you have to keep in mind that it is something happening inside you. Like feelings. I have redefined the essence of it. For me, serenity is peace of mind. That means, if I have a calm in my mind, then I am close to serenity. Its connected. And when I have piece of mind, then I can focus on what I want to achieve. Very easy logic.

The future is serenity´s enemy

So what is the most common thing we are all share when it comes to not have serenity / peace of mind? We are worry to much. And how are we worry? We think to much. And what are we thinking off? Mostly things that we have not control over.

Let me explain such things we don’t have control over.  Many people are worry about money. And especially people that are looking for an alternative income. So they see a guy´s Instagram, with nice cars and “you get pay everyday” etc.

By the way, those “ads” are designed to play with your head and give you dreams. They are directly answers to your worry / Lack of serenity / lack of piece of mind. And the fact that they are not so creative, because they are actually just salesman-opportunities, not a rich lifestyle, and they are definitely nothing you will achieve by jus spend “1 hour a day”. Those say that, is people that want you in their circle, so you have to work more for them. But of course, If you are willing to work hard, then you may success. But I just want to point out, that you have to work hard.

Be Present now

This is one of the most crucial step you have to work with, if you want serenity in your life. It may sound somehow stupid, but it’s the most important moment in your life. Now! Reflect over it, and you maybe find the meaning of it. Your brain is timeless. You are defining time for your brain. So if you are worry about the future, you are creating a non existent state of mind, and force it to the present.  In other words, Your worry is based on a fiction. Because if you want to change the future, you have to do something now. You can always reflect about the future. Ask your self questions like: How do I want it to be. What should I do now to get (whatever I want) later. That is called planning. In my business profession, its called Strategy. If you don’t know where to start, here is a post there I cover some techniques about how to change mindset ( opens in a new windows).

Of course you can try all the jumbo mumbo things like, plant a tree, take a walks, go fishing. But if you don’t really understand how the “worry about the future” concept is affect you you, then you just kind of fooling your self for the moment.  If you want to get deeper on this subject, read my post on this blog. they are all somehow connected and you will find it out while you are reading them.

Many things here in life are results from our behaviors. Change behavior and you will change your life.  It sound easy, but when you get it after some practical exercise ( opens in a new windows) , it will be very easy.

Guided imagery script – attract your dream car.

Lay down

And focus on your breathing
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth
Follow my pace

In through your nose and out through your mouth
Feel how you become calm.
You will get a lot of thoughts. Just let them flow. Allow yourself  to think about anything that comes to mind.
Breath the entire time, slowly inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Soon you will be able to start to build your own mental room.

In that room you will create a vision.
Imagine that you are standing in a big, open and empty parking lot.
The sun is shining and you feel its warmth on your face.
Every once in a while there is a breeze, which feels nice. Inhale and feel the scent of summer, the scent of freedom.

Continue to look straight ahead.
To the left, about ten meters away, is your car. I want you to feel that your car is there.
I want you to take in the feeling that the car that you have been dreaming of, is to the left of you, and it is yours.
I want you to turn towards your car and look at it.
Look at your car, and feel joy that it is yours.
Feel grateful that you have this car and let yourself be filled with joy.

In your hand is the key to your car. Feel that you have the key to your car in your hand.
Play with the key between your fingers, turn it between a couple of fingers and feel the freedom that you have in your hand..

I want you to approach your car.
You will see how you are getting closer to the car. Press the remote to unlock the doors on your car.
You see the blinker flash one time and you hear how the central locking unlocks all four doors.
You are now standing by your car.
Place your hand on the roof and stroke it to feel the structure, the enamel paint on the metal against your hand which is getting a little warm.

Now you will open your door.
Put your hand on the handle and feel how the warmth from the handle is spreading upward.
Open the door and hear the sound of the door opening. Pull the door towards you, and you are now met by the scent of your car.
Look inside the car. Notice the details.
On the passenger seat you see a magazine.
I want you to enter your car now.
When you are seated, I want you to grab your steering wheel and feel if it has the right height and if you have a comfortable grip.
I now want you to check that the pedals are adjusted right. If not take time to adjust them and the position of the seat.
Adjust the rear view mirror so that you can see the back. Also adjust the side mirrors.
I now want you to feel calm, and feel the total happiness of having this car.

I now want you to take the magazine that you have on the passenger seat and put it in the back seat.
When you turn back, you will see what it looks like in the back seat and feel a warmth shining within.
You will now start your car and hear the sound of the engine. You will feel the power when you press the gas pedal.
Inhale the scent of leather and a clean car.
I now want you to put on your seat belt at the same time as you hear the sound of the engine.
Make your car ready to drive by switching gear. Feel how you are filled with expectation, excitement, freedom and joy.
Start to drive slowly. Feel how the steering wheel is working against the asphalt. You are now going to turn right.
Turn the steering wheel to the right and see how the surroundings outside the car are going to the left.

Right beside the parking is a country road, drive out on it, and drive fifty kilometers an hour.
Now turn on your radio. From the speakers you hear your favorite song. Feel how you are swept away by it and how it fills you with freedom.
Feel the freedom as you pass by all the trees, feel how the sun is warming you through the windows and how the steering wheel is responding to all the commands that you are giving your car.
Feel how the brakes are responding when you gently press them. Inhale the scent of the car.
Let this scent be connected to the joy that you right now are experiencing within.

Now I want you to drive back to the parking lot. Park the car where it was parked originally.
Turn off the engine and stay in the car. Let your fingers feel the steering wheel and look around you to see what it looks like.
Let happiness be with you and feel grateful that the car is yours.

Now I want you to step out of the car.
Slowly close the door and hear the sound of the door shut. Lock the car and back away until you see the entire car in front of you.
Hold the key firmly so that you can feel its surface.
Stand there for a while and view your car. Let happiness be with you and feel grateful that the car is yours.

Remember this state of mind that you are experiencing right now, as it is your tool, it is this feeling that you now are feeling so strongly, that will be used as an invisible compass towards your goal.I want you to focus on your inner self here and now.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth for a while and feel how you are feeling.

You are now going to program your trigger points, so that every time you trigger them, you will gradually be able to return to this state of mind. A pleasing feeling that fills you with joy, thankfulness and love.
Lay for a while and do the trigger exercise at the same time as you are focusing on your deep breathing.
Feel how all of you becomes light, you become light inside, and you can associate your happiness and joy that you are feeling with this shine.
Hold your trigger and when you are ready, open your eyes.
Remember how you feel at this moment.

What is the difference between Guided Imagery Meditation and Guided Visualization? If you ask me, the short answer is nothing. Those are only terms of definition of a state of mind. The most interesting thing about both of the terms are how the work! The most significant difference its what area you are using it into. There are relaxation, motivation, healing and what this page is about, attraction.

When I started this page I wanted a name that could link what this is all about, to exploit the mind. To find my own limitations and to push myself into situations I am more or less unconfutable with such as speaking and writing in English. I´m getting better and better on that and it feels good.

Be playful in your mind.

I like to play mind games with my self, questioning situations and to see what outcome that will come. I’m wise and I like to share my reflections with others. Everything you read here are my observations and my experiences, but the bottom line is, I’m just a human like everybody else. I have needs and I have evaluated my needs by asking myself questions.

I am also a dreamer. I dream big and I am not afraid to fail, sometimes I might not know when to give up so I made it easy for myself, I just never give up. We only got one life and that life is here and now. I’m embracing the moment, even if its 3 am and I should be sleeping now.

Now you know a little bit more about me. So let’s dig in to the subject of the day.

Everything is connected.

First out. Everything is connected. In a previous blog I wrote that everything is a loop. Well, the loop is also connected to your life as a part of it. But when it comes to frequency, everything around you is vibrating. some things more and some things less. Think of a atom, there is a lot of space between the molecules. easy speaking, there you have the vibration. Ask your self this philosophical question: What if we humans are cancer inside a body? And if we someday will have visitors from outer space, they actually are a cure used against us? Of course there might not be an answer to that and as I pointed out its just a philosophical aspect.

Let’s try another one.
How can a fat lump make us think a though and as a continuation on that, depending of what we think, result in an emotion within us? And further, make us take action based on that emotion?

Are you hungry for knowledge?

This is where we can have advantage of guided imagery meditation sessions. If you are as me, hungry for knowledge, then you already know what you actually can achieve by using your brain right. I don’t say it’s easy, but I can say that it becomes easier with time. And of course If you are practicing it on a regular schedule. Trust on the process by setting your fears aside and just do it.

I have lost ground many times in my life and nowadays I see it with excitement every time its happens. The outcome is always greater than what I had my focus on. Whatever I wish to come into my life.

But first let’s point out what it is and how it works.

If you think about it in your head, it can become reality.

If you remember my post about ”fake it until you make it”, I explain the terminology behind creating a mindset.

Guided imagery meditation is a very powerful technique where you are following a person talking or a narrator deep into a story. During the story you are activating different senses by tasks you have to imagine you are doing. For example ” Now i want you to step into your car and smell the brand new interior you are surrounding yourself in.”  Those ”task” are connecting your thoughts to emotions. Thats the basic concept.  It may seem very simple at a first glance, but its actually a very complex process thats happening inside you. It’s design is to create good feelings that will create motivation. 

Moving your unconscious state to consciousness.

Most of us have sometime in our life wished for something. For example: I want to have a nice car, but then they stop there. They are not digging deeper about what kind of car, what brand, how it feels to drive that car and therefore the attraction isn’t big enough to get motivated. Then maybe a year later the thought comes back. Still very narrow as maybe only a sentence in the head, maybe this time a longer thought, but still, not enough to activate the motivation to get the car, just a narrow thought that disappears as soon as something else comes in the way.

Motivation to take action.

If you have an idea of what you want. Lets stay on the car idea to make things more easy. Lets play around a little here. You want a new car. You maybe tell your self: I want a new car during this year. That is a good approach, because we have 11 more awesome months to complete this wish and as I have said before, a Lamborghini will not appear outside your door tomorrow if you a wishing it today. Unless you are incredibly rich and can just pick up your phone and dial a seller.  OK but for the rest of us, we have to actively work for it, first in our mind by guided imagery sessions and the rest will follow naturally.

First thing we have to do is listen to our unconscious! Say to yourself: I want a ”(Feel in your own preferences here ) car! ”. As soon as you say it to yourself, LISTEN if there are any subtil unconsious voices inside you that are somehow fighting against your wish. Maybe the first thought is ” I can not afford it”, or a questioning thought like ”How can I afford it?” Those my friend, you have to eliminate. Such negative thoughts will stop you. You don’t need them. And now that you can hear them, you can work them away! By resolving them into a positive approach. For example the ”I can not afford such car”, you may just challenge it by saying to yourself: I will find a way soon” or ” Not now, but I will find a way”  Its all about having a clear mind, to Fake it until you make it. Practice this and you are on your way to the car faster than you think. 

Its all about priorities.

Is your life situation allowing you to focus on a new car right now? What do you have to set away in order to have time for your mindset exercises? What is your priorities? How much do you want this car? Answer those questions on a piece of paper. By writing it down, you are converting some abstract thought to plain facts! Have you heard this before ” The pen is mightier than the sword” You will be totally mind-fucked when you get that insight. I promise you that. All i have achieved in my life is thanks to a pen. Im writing and drawing all of my goals as a first step.  How small or big they may be.

Don’t give up the guided imagery.

This is connected to the priorities. Actually its all connected. Everything Im writing about on this blog is connected, but to stick on this heading, get your priorities right and don’t give up. Make this session a part of your work to the goal. Do this exercise repeatedly every day if you can. Make it a part of your routines. Bookmark it. Write down on a college block everyday something like: I have a (write your car brand and color of preference).  This is an excellent way to get your mindset correctly. If you want to get a deeper aspect, read my older post about this subject, you will get so much insights!

Stress is natural.

Everyone feels stress sometimes in certain situations. It’s a normal state of mind, but who actually wants it? There are also health issues connected to stress, but I guess that you already know all those stuff like Internal / external stress, the health issues and that its definitely not good for you.

Stress is emotions.

Let me give you my approach of this whole thing called stress and I will also tell you what I did to almost eliminate it. In the past I was so stressful and that affected many areas of my life.  Can you grab the fact that stress is an emotion? If you can not identify that, can you identify that stress is created by emotions? Good.

If you have read my other blogs, then you may be familiar when I talked about the time that we were hunters and only had a wooden stake to get food and to protect us with? I’m talking about the Stone age.  Our body was programmed to fight or flight if there was great danger. It created a stressful situation and the next thing was a sympathetic nervous system activation, action.

Life situations can be stressful.

Nowadays we have so many tricks to avoid the pressure that comes with stress. We have TV and our beloved smartphones that we can escape through. Even people that have panic attacks don’t let the attacks bloom out through them. I had a lot of panic attacks before and I was really afraid of them, so I did what I could to damp them. Until I learned about them and let them rush.

Of course there is always a scale. Somebody reading this will say something like: hey, my attacks are bigger than yours. To that I can say one thing. Its not about who have the bigger attacks, its about where you put your own level of bottom (or horror as in this case). What I mean with that is:  Everyone here on this planet should be able to say when its enough. Like in my previous destructive life with alcoholism and drugs I choose that I was on the bottom.  Of course there was people around me in more deep shit and even people in less complex situation, but I hope that they can define their own bottom. Because its when you have hit your bottom, that you can start to climb up.

Abstracted minds is often stressed minds.

I remember one task I did in school when I was a kid. Our teacher asked us to write down the word BEACH and around it write what we were thinking about around that word. Let me show you two examples and you can guess which was in my brain.

Beach-> sand-> hot-> summer-> swim-> ice cream-> sun

Vs.

Beach-> sun-> solar system-> Superman -> Comic book -> Donald duck -> TV -> movies -> What movie I want to see?

The second one is so me. Which one can you refer to? And those thoughts are fast! In seconds I could experience so much emotions created during my thoughts. Nowadays I’m using this “technique” when I need to be creative.  I just let it go and it has never disappoint me.

1 – Take control of your thoughts.

One way to learn to handle the stress is to understand how you are thinking. This is not made over night. It’s a process like many other things in our life. Get aware of your own thoughts. Reflect over them. Are they yours or are you thinking for others? Are the thoughts constructive or are you sending yourself negative signals? If you are really aware of your thoughts, you will learn something about yourself, that I can promise! Make your thoughts conscious and that will lead you to become more calm. If you are calm, then you will handle stress better.

2 – Understand that your mind can not understand the concept of time.

For your brain its only the present. You can think “tomorrow” and your brain will focus on tomorrow and analyze things about tomorrow, you maybe get a question in your thought about the weather? If you have some appointments?   This is happening because you give a direction, “tomorrow”.

3 – Create a visual timeline.

This method has been one of my best experiences ever when it comes to handle my thoughts and to eliminate internal stress. Let’s do a test! When you wake up tomorrow, I guess that you will think of the task for this day. Some tasks may stress you more than others. Try to put them in a visual timeline. Visualize them on a long axis as the image here. Try to do it as often you remember it and you can thank me later 😉

Is meaning of life something important?

This is a big question, definitely, and there is actually not just one fitting answer for all of us. But still there are some things we all want more or less. We all have needs to fulfill and things that we want to do, even if we seem to be lost in a certain point in our life. When we were young, our meaning of life was of course different if we compare to when we get older. Its not that we are changing, its just that we have collect more life experience and self-knowledge.

As children, we were maybe more impulsive and due to our parents, we already start to form our self. In my case I had a very rough childhood and that shaped me in a certain way. I had problems emotionally and socially. It wasn’t until I completed my treatment, that I was ready to find the meaning of life.

Many may think that the meaning of life is something big, but it’s actually a very small thing. It’s more about finding it rather than to create it.

The main task for the biological aspect is to reproduce. That part is nothing that we actively think about, it just happens naturally. We fall in love.

Listen to your inner voice.

If we would make a study and ask 1000 people what they think the meaning of life is, they would answer mostly different things that originates from their perspective.
What they think matters. And that is totally correct!
To find the meaning of life, you have to ask yourself. You might not have the answer right now, but at least you now have the question going around in your head. Catch up what you like. It may be a place that you want to visit? You may be service minded and find a purpose to help others? What’s important is that when you find the meaning of life, don’t give up! There will be days that you just want to do something totally different because you are so tired, or may be lost. If that is the case, then take a deep breath and return.

Embrace your thoughts.

Many things here in life we can apply a blueprint for. But this, is something that have to come from within.
My meaning of life is to keep on and developing myself with knowledge and by experiences. I read a lot of books and I like to do many different things. Sometimes I can be compared to a restless soul. I can take one day off, and not do anything, but that day seems wasted for me.
My meaning of life is even nuanced. At the same time, I want to develop myself, I want to enlighten others with my discoveries. I may be more of a philosopher because I like to tweak different existential truths and apply them to my own life.

From my perspective, life is an adventure and its up to me, by using responsibility, how the ride will continue.
I am very honest to myself, because I have found out that being honest to myself makes my life a whole lot easier and less complicated.
Honesty is a very powerful tool if you want to find the meaning of life. You have to be true to yourself and listen to your inner demands / wishes. This is also connected with a deep commitment that may be there between you and your parents. So what you have to ask yourself is also: Is this what you want or is this what your parents wants? Don’t make up your life for somebody else! Not even in a relationship.

Because you have a partner, that its not a reason to merge. If you do merge, one of you will probably become unhappy in a certain point of your life.

Take action.

After this process, when you are starting to get an idea of what you want to do, or achieve, it’s time to actually do it. If you are not fulfilling your inner thoughts by actions, then you will never be able to practice the meaning of life. It’s in your hands to take action and responsibility, no one else can do it for you. Its now up to you to make your life into an adventure.

One other amazing thing about life, is that live is not always on the top and then its a good reminder about your attitude. I wake up and got the flu have bloomed out totally. Actually I had a sense of it yesterday, but this morning, so painfully everywhere.  There will not be any big adventures today. Rather sit in front some series Marathon and take it easy. I like to watch series from time to time. But then I literally see many episodes in one sit. Then I can get more the great picture from the directors.

I have some TV’s but I always use them On demand.  And I never watch the news. Sometimes I just go for some news websites and scroll between “You are useless, try this to feel better”- crap commercials and messages. Everything have turns to click bait these days.

Attitude is one of the keys to success.

Even If I feel I could die, I keep my mood up. Its about attitude. So let’s talk about Attitude. What is attitude for you? How do you define good or bad attitude? We have the famous expression “Is the glass half empty or half full?

And how can we put personal valuation into that? Responsibility about our lives. Well one think we can try to do is to always have the glass half full.

Fake it until you make it.

To try and achieve something, especially when we are on “learning mode” can be a journey that could surprise us. What can be very handy is to as the headline say, fake it until you make it.  I still remember how I designed my business cards for a fiction company called IWS, Independent Web Solutions. I Visualize how I had meetings with clients and how I worked on my company.

Feel the goals with all your sense.

When it comes to create goals, its very important to see the goal and to see the way. Be in the way, feel how it is when practicing your goals. That is the “fake it” part. You can read a more dedicated post about how to use the fake it concept ( opens in a new window).

Many people don’t feel comfortable when the world fake appears as a part on this process. Its such a negative word. So negative that people are afraid to use it, because there is an attitude that we are not want to be fake programmed in our brains. Nobody wants to be the black sheep. But its not about lying to someone or pretend to be something we are not.  When I designed IWS in my mindset, I didn’t scream it out and presented me like “boss of IWS”. I only used it for clarify my goals and visions to make a greater attraction.

Mimic more!

Another thing that people have got very wrong is to mimic. Nobody wants to mimic someone else, although we are doing it all our wake time in different conscious levels.  Havent you sometime while you had a chat with someone, suddenly do a gesture or say something that you know someone else is doing? And direct you are thinking, oh my god, I can not do that, because X is doing it / saying it?

But in the same time you are totally commit do wear some clothes you see another person wears?

We are ashamed to mimic, but we doing it all the time. I want you to mimic some of my thoughts! I encourage you to do that! That is why I am writing all this. I want you to get inspired and feel the freedom I feel. Seriously, I don’t care if you buy my visualization Sessions ( even if they are a really great tool) or if you find your own way. Its your life, your choice.

When you wake up in the morning. It is your choice how you want to confront your day. For many years, when I was in the “fake it until you make it” process about my internal health, I told myself: Welcome Thomas to this amazing day full with unexpected possibilities”

And that’s actually how my days are! Right now, I’m waiting for my girlfriend to make lunch, When we are going to eat we will talk about what to do today. My brother is here from Sweden, so I will listen what he wants to do and I will arrange it for him. Ok, today was maybe a bad example because I have the flu and as I told you, Its Dexter Season 2 for me. But you got the picture.

Now the food is ready, so I go back to bed.
